By browsing or using this website, the user (“you” or the “user”) are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following Terms which govern Lulubaby Ltd’s (“Lulubaby”) relationship with you in relation to this website. These Terms are subject to change by Lulubaby (“us”, “we” or “our”) at any time and without notice. We will publish any future changes to these Terms on this site.
Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements.
Reservation & Payment
Bookings on our course are only secured once the applicable booking deposit or, if a booking is made less than four weeks before the start of the course, full payment has been processed in respect of such booking. We reserve the right to decline any booking within 24 hours of the booking being made. All subsequent outstanding amounts due in respect of your booking must be settled by the applicable due date, being four weeks before the start of the applicable course. Failure to do so may lead to the loss of your booking and forfeit of any amounts paid in respect of it.
All amounts paid in respect of a booking are non-refundable, except in the event that a course that is booked does not take place or is discontinued due to an act or omission of an officer or employee at Lulubaby, in which case a pro rata refund may be issued. No refunds can be issued for cancellation by a course participant although Lulubaby may, in its sole and absolute discretion, offer a full or pro rata refund (as applicable) in circumstances where a miscarriage or still birth prevents a course participant from starting or attending the remainder of a course they have paid for. For the avoidance of doubt, Lulubaby’s discretion to refund in these sad circumstances does not extend to where classes or courses are missed or cancelled due to the premature or early arrival of a baby.
All of our group courses require a minimum number of participants to run. If for any reason these numbers are not reached you will be notified and entitled to a full refund.
In exceptional circumstances, class or course times and dates may be changed. If the new time or date is not convenient to you we will try to offer you an alternative class or course but no guarantee is made that we will be able to find a new time or date that works for all course participants. In the unlikely event that the course venue is changed and a new venue is found within 5 miles of the original venue, no refund will be available, not withstanding that you may not find the new venue as convenient as the original venue.
We cannot guarantee which Lulubaby professional will give a particular class. Lulubaby reserves the right to change the teaching professional assigned for any class at any time without prior notice. The length and/or order of our classes may vary. Lulubaby cannot guarantee that the duration and/or order of each class will correspond with the duration and/or order advertised or sold to you although Lulubaby will make reasonable efforts to ensure that any discrepancy is minimised.
Use of Personal Information
By accepting our terms and conditions, you agree that Lulubaby has the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to use any personal information (including the use of email addresses and other contact details provided to it by you) in fulfillment of its evolving business and for third party marketing purposes, except in the case of information that is explicitly stated to be kept confidential.
We will obtain personal information about you (including, but not limited to, your email address, telephone number and personal profile) through our contact with you. We may use your personal data for various purposes, including, but not limited to:
You have the right to ask us to stop processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you wish to exercise this right you should:
(a) put your request in writing an email sent to email@example.com with the word Unsubscribe in the Subject of the email.
(b) provide us with enough information to identify you (full name and dob); and
(c) if your objection is not to direct marketing in general, but to direct marketing by a particular media (e.g. email or telephone) please specify the media you are objecting to.
You should assume that all logos, text and images on this site are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You may access, download or print any of our content for personal, non-commercial use. Any copies must retain the copyright or other intellectual property notices contained in the original material. If you wish to use our website content in any other way, you must first seek written permission from Lulubaby.
By booking with Lulubaby, you agree, to the extent permissible by applicable law, that Lulubaby, its officers, employees and sub-contractors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or unforseeable loss, injury or damage suffered by you or anyone connected to you in respect of any enquiry or antenatal or postnatal course, of any variety, arranged by us, including the failure of any course to proceed following payment of a booking deposit.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability under or in connection with your attendance at one or more of our courses, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise shall not exceed the sum of the course or classes you have paid for. We shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise for any loss, damage, costs or expenses of any nature whatsoever incurred or suffered by you of an indirect or consequential nature nor for any economic loss or other loss of turnover, profits, business or goodwill.
Course tutors hold the requisite qualifications to teach in their particular field. During the courses you may be required to practice positions and massage. Please check with your health professional to confirm that you can participate in physical skills practice before booking and please check with your doctor or midwife for any medical issue relating to your pregnancy and birth. Lulubaby does not offer specific or tailored medical, nutritional or breastfeeding advice. If you have any concerns about your baby or your medical care, please address these to your own doctor or midwife.
When emailed or contacted about particular questions or concerns, we answer each breastfeeding and other question personally, and we attempt to do so promptly and thoroughly. Information given cannot be construed as medical advice. Please check with your health care provider when making decisions concerning lactation or otherwise that may impact the health and well-being of you and/or your breastfeeding child.
The following terms and conditions apply to any offer or promotion made or extended by Lulubaby (a “Lulubaby Offer”) to any individual(s) or to the public by any medium, unless otherwise specifed in the terms and conditions relating to a particular offer:

LULUNANNIES will only undertake business on the following terms and conditions. For the sake of this document Lulunannies also means Lulubaby.
These terms are legally binding so please read them carefully.
1 The acceptance of any Lulunanny, i.e. a maternity nurse, night nanny or nanny introduced by Lulunannies Ltd or Lulubaby Ltd will be deemed as acceptance of our Terms and Conditions of Business.
2 The Client will be charged a fee upon confirmation of booking a Lulunanny.
In addition, the client will be charged a non-refundable registration fee of £65. This reduces to £45 if the client can prove they have paid for and have been on/ are registered on a Lulubaby antenatal course. These fees must be paid in Pounds Sterling by bank transfer at the time of booking.
3 The fee charged for the introduction of a Lulunanny is for one engagement only for up to three months. Any Lulunanny returning at a future date may incur a further charge and Lulunannies must be notified of such an event by the Client.
4 Lulunannies assumes that all details of the Engagement have been agreed between the Client and Lulunanny unless the Client informs Lulunannies in writing to the contrary prior to the commencement of the Engagement, and will issue a written confirmation to this effect.
5 The Client is liable to pay the Lulunanny as follows:
Night nanny from £100 per night At end of each night
Maternity nurse from £140 per 24 hrs At end of each week
Nanny it varies according to agreed contract
Sleep consultant Prices vary according to the consultant but must be agreed prior to booking the consultant
The Client is liable to pay in advance Lulunannies Ltd as follows:
Night nanny £15 per night
Maternity nurse £75 per week
Nanny 10% +VAT of gross annual salary
Sleep consultant £15 per visit/ consultation
6 Lulunannies acts as an introduction agency only and does not directly or indirectly employ the Lulunanny who is self-employed.
7 All information is confidential and must not be passed to a third party, either directly or indirectly. If information is passed to a third party, and a Lulunanny is booked/engaged otherwise than through Lulunannies, this will constitute a breach of our terms, and our standard fees will be charged to our client.
8 The Client is requested to reimburse the Lulunanny all reasonable travelling expenses to the interview upon presentation of receipts.
9 Lulunannies fees are non-refundable. If during the booking unforeseen circumstances arise resulting in the departure of the Lulunanny, Lulunannies will offer a free replacement for the remainder of the booking if:
I The Lulunannies fee has been received on booking the Lulunanny.
II Lulunannies is advised in writing as to the termination of the booking within 24 hours.
III There has been no reasonable cause for the Lulunanny to terminate employment.
If no suitable replacement can be found, the Lulunannies fee will be refunded pro rata.
10 In the event that the Client wishes/needs to cancel the booking prior to commencement due to extenuating circumstances, Lulunannies reserves the right to retain 50% of the fee for work incurred if cancelled more than and including 8 weeks before start date, 100% of the fee for work incurred if cancelled less than 8 weeks before start date.
11 While Lulunannies endeavours to verify the background of staff introduced before employment commences, we cannot guarantee that all the information regarding the Lulunanny is accurate. Lulunannies does not accept any liability whatsoever for misrepresentation, loss, damage, injury, delay, claims or expense of any description arising out of an introduction made by Lulunannies.
12 Whilst Lulunannies tries to ensure that a potential Lulunanny is interviewed personally and full reference checks are carried out, it is ultimately the sole responsibility of the Client to make their own enquiries and checks to satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the Lulunanny. Lulunannies gives no guarantee regarding the capability, character, medical condition, age or suitability of the Lulunanny. The final responsibility for accepting and employing the Lulunanny lies with the Client.
13 Lulunannies reserves the right to use its own discretion with regard to any situation or problem not itemised in its terms.
14 The word “Lulunanny” refers to a nanny, night nanny, maternity nurse, student nurse, nurse, or any other person whom Lulunannies Ltd or Lulubaby Ltd introduces as available for employment or hire by the Client.
15 Lulunannies reserves the right to increase the Lulunanny fee by giving one month’s written notice to the Client. If the Client is dissatisfied with the increase he or she may cancel the contract. The registration fee, however, is non-refundable in all circumstances. In such an event the Client shall no longer be entitled to employ the service of the Lulunanny on any basis.
16 If a Lulu-night nanny is subsequently booked as a day nanny – then an additional fee will be required.
